In order to optimize processes, more and more of our customers have chosen for  their own EDMS such as web based software that help employees to store, organize, and manage digital documents. This includes online questionairs like:

Vendor Platforms
Portal for Quotes
Quality Assessments   

Financial Statements

HSSE

Environmental Assessments

Supply Chain

QITP

Final Documentation

Logistics
etc.

We are pleased to support our customers and offer you as an additional service to upload project data directly to your company-owned data exchange system.

Service Fee

To ensure transparency in our pricing, we invoice this service separately. For customers with an annual turnover of less than 250,000 EUR with Glaunach, there will be a one-time fee of 2,000 EUR for the initial project to cover our staff training on your system (training fee) along with a charge of 200 EUR for each ordered item (item fee).

 

For subsequent projects, the training fee will be waived unless there are changes to the platform used.

 

No item fees are charged for accessories.

If there are additional costs incurred by using third-party plattform providers, we will need to invoice these costs separately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
 

Before we can log in to our customer's EDMS, we need a written confirmation that data will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
